Why seating condition matters more in a client-facing practice
In a law firm or professional practice, seating isn't just functional — it's part of what a client experiences while they wait or sit across the table. A chair that sinks, wobbles or squeaks in a reception area or boardroom is a small thing that's very noticeable at the wrong moment.
Partner and executive chairs are also often a step up from standard office seating — leather or higher-spec mechanisms — and worth repairing rather than replacing outright, since the mechanism and gas lift components are usually serviceable even when the chair itself is a premium model.
